A small roastery in Tel Aviv. We source farm-direct micro-lots, roast Mondays only, and ship within 48 hours. Six beans on rotation, three cafés, one subscription you can pause anytime.

01The roast list

This week’s six beans.

Each lot is small — usually 60–120kg green. When it’s gone, it’s gone. Roasted weekly, never older than 14 days.

02Sourcing

Direct relationships, not directories.

We work with importers we’ve known for years and, increasingly, directly with co-ops and farms. Two visits a year, samples cupped in our roastery, and every lot has a name behind it.

This year: origins across Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Panama, Indonesia, and Brazil.
